Instructor's Bio: Hi I’m Pua! I’m a balloon business owner specializing in organic balloon décor. DIY-ing balloons for my own celebrations has led me to this new found passion. I eventually joined the Dress Your Daydream Online Academy which helped me take my balloon décor to the next level. I am hoping that I can help take your special occasions to the next level, too!
