Once all the basics are covered, you will start and complete your first project: a super simple infinity scarf, beanie or a basket. Instructor's Bio: Aloha! My name is Keola and I grew up here on Maui. My husband & I are extremely blessed to be able to raise our family here. I have always had an appreciation for handmade crafts and love seeing projects come together and put smiles on people's faces. Although I learned the basics of crochet from my mom as a child, I consider myself self-taught because I didn't pick up a hook and yarn again until my 30's. Over the last decade I've been able to hone my skills and make projects big & small from amigurumi dolls, blankets of all sizes, to my latest obsession - crocheted cardigans & sweaters. I have found crochet to be relaxing and therapeutic in many ways and I look forward to sharing my love for crochet & yarn with you!
