Add a balloon garland to your Halloween décor! Make a 4ft Halloween balloon garland using high quality latex balloons. Get an understanding for the use of quality balloon brands and learn a bit about what goes into balloon décor and the value of hiring a balloon professional.
Instructor's Bio: Hi I’m Pua! I’m a balloon business owner specializing in organic balloon décor. DIY-ing balloons for my own celebrations has led me to this new found passion. I eventually joined the Dress Your Daydream Online Academy which helped me take my balloon décor to the next level. I am hoping that I can help take your special occasions to the next level, too!
All materials are included and class will be held at Friends & Faire at 1980 Main st. #4 Wailuku, HI 96793 (Behind Native Intelligence- free parking available). Â BYO beer or wine to sip on and enjoy while you get creative! (21 and over)
